Truth is, I think you'll be surprised by my number 1 thing that new teachers need for their classrooms. We live in an era of more, more, more and new, new, new. but I think it's important to looks at what we have before getting things for the classroom. There is sometimes a lot of pressure to create spectacular displays when you look and see some of the immaculate ones on Instagram and Pinterest. Sadly, evidence shows that these types of displays can actually have a negative impact on (linked below).
